What does "sold" mean?
A property sold in the last 36 months when you or your entity were on title. Typically, this would be a previous flip, project, etc.
Does experience matter?
Yes! We want to reward your expertise. Although we have competitive programs for first time flippers, the more experience you have the better your terms could be.
Why is credit important?
Credit is one data point in our underwriting; we're asset-driven, so the deal does most of the talking. A stronger score can unlock better rates.
